If you order a product in the form of a DVD we will deliver it by Registered Priority Mail via Czech Postal Service. Whether the Domestic, European or Non-European tariff will be charged will be selected automatically in accordance with the shipping address. Please note, that the costs for shipping and packaging will be added to the Invoice.
There are a few countries to which we are not able to send Courses in the DVD format. In such situation please take advantage of the options to use either the Download or the OnLine format.
The warranty applies only to damage to installation media, or to damaged packaging of the product. Any claim for damaged product packaging must be filed with the carrier and, for the purposes of instituting a claim, a confirmation protocol signed by the carrier must be provided.
Prior to commencement of the product activation process, your right to return any goods free of charge within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with § 53 and §§ 7 and 54 of the Civil Code is unrestricted. Returns are applicable only for the DVD form of the product. The regulations of the Civil Code referred to above are not applicable for products delivered electronically in the form of a download or in the online form.
Send the DVD of the product in the original sealed packaging, with a cover letter, proof of payment and the Licence key issued attached by Registered Mail to the address of the GOPAS Company.
Your payment will be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was originally made immediately following receipt of the returned product. If you carried out your payment using any other method, please provide the relevant bank account number in a covering letter.
If the order was issued on behalf of a company, the contract concluded is governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, as amended.
In the event that following the issuance of an Order that based on a serious reason you should decide that you do not wish to pay for the item, you may request us via e-mail to cancel that Order.
If any technical problem occured in the course of the payment procedure, that caused a breakdown of the purchase procedure, please check below the "My account" item in the menu that the order was automatically marked as cancelled. In this case it will be necessary for you to implement the order again. Please contact our technical helpdesk if you require any assistance.

We send special email offers only to customers who have purchased from us in the past or who have signed up to be on our lists. Regarding the method of payment, residents of the Czech Republic may make use of either the PayPal or the PayU payment gateways. Customers resident outside the Czech Republic may use only the PayPal gateway. The payment gateways offer payment options using the customary credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and others or by means of a standard money transfer through a bank or by any other method specific to the gateway selected.
