In the course MS PowerPoint 2019: Upgrading from 2003, you will familiarise yourself with the changes brought to you by the new, upgraded version of the program. In the interactive lessons of the course, you will master the work in the new program interface. You will learn where to find the required tools, either on the Ribbon, the Quick Access Toolbar or on contextual tabs. You will browse the menu of the available themes and templates, newly offered in a widescreen format of slides. You will examine the new animations and will try their setting, which has become much easier. You will learn how to split a presentation into sections, how to insert SmartArt graphics into slides and how to use the extended options of making comments. You will try to cut a video and adjust a sound directly in the program. When adjusting different types of graphical elements inserted into slides, you will try various new tools, such as smart guides or the eyedropper. You will examine the new Speaker view and a number of other changes which occur in the upgraded version of the program.
